PRODUCTION FAQ's
How do I Begin?
Simply contact us by phone or enter your contact information on our "contact us" web page so we can start processing your order.
What do I do after I/we contact you?
STEP #1 - After contacting us first, you will email us up to 15 images/photos to us.
STEP #2 - Email us your logo.
STEP #3 - Provide us bullet points or information about your business or product so we can create a custom script.
STEP #4 - After the script is approved, we will edit a custom TV spot or video using a professional voice-over, music bed,
custom graphics (phone number, address, website & etc.) and the images you provide us.
STEP #5 - You will have a proof of your completed TV spot or video emailed to you within 24 hours of script approval.
STEP #6 - Once the TV Spot or video is approved, we will email you a link to download your full resolution video file. We can also
ship your TV Spot or video on DVD or a standard broadcast format such as Betacam-SP. Shipping is not included!
What can I use the video for?
- Your :30 second TV Spot or video can be used for any TV or Cable Broadcast Station.
- Your :30 second video can be used for websites, placed on YouTube or any video related website and be emailed to anyone.
- Your :30 second video can be used as a radio spot. We provide you a .mp3 audio file for any radio station to use.
Do you allow revisions?
We allow up to 2 revision for your script. Once the script is approved, we allow one set of revisions to the edited video project.
Any 2nd or more revisions will require additional editing fees of $75 per half hour.
Do I own the TV Spot or video when it is completed?
Yes. You own the spot when it is completed. You can use the spot for TV, use the audio for radio and use it on the Internet.
Can I decide what voice over I want for my TV spot or video?
We have several voice over talent. We select our best talent for your spot.
If you want to select from our voice talent yourself, a customization fee of $50 - $95 will apply for the additional time.
Is it possible for me to select my own music for the spot?
Yes. You must own the rights to any music you present. Otherwise, we provide and include a music track for your Spot or video.
